We offer 4 different types of security adhesive tapes that can be customized:
Polypropylene Carton Sealing Tape
This is the least expensive option. The tape is a PVC or polypropylene film with an aggressive adhesive suitable for cartons. It can be any color, but usually the imprint is printed diagonally, with patterns. If the tape is cut and then covered over by clear tape, the imprint will need to line up exactly, or else tampering is indicated. Proper imprints make lining up tampered tape very difficult.
Water Activated Reinforced Paper Tape
Water activated security tape offers some benefits over poly film carton sealing tapes including no stretching, providing a better bond with the corrugated surfaces, it is strong enough for over-packed and heavy cartons, it can be ordered with a tamper-evident layer that gets left behind and bonds to the surface, it provides a more professional appearance, it has excellent tamper evidence performance-reinforced strings provide a slight texture and will protrude when cut.
Non Removable, Destructible Film Tape
Film will shred or delaminate once it bonds to the surface. Paper liner backing protects the adhesive and extends the shelf-life. No need for leave behind message; film can’t be peeled away; works great on cartons and pallet wrapping; moisture resistant; aggressive acrylic adhesive bonds quickly and holds up well in extreme temperatures
Hidden Graphic Residue Film Tape
This style reveals a hidden graphic and tamper evident "OPENED" message when it is peeled away. This security tape is also commonly referred to as void tape, evidence tape, security tape, and pilfer proof tape. Our unique ultra-aggressive adhesive bonds quickly to a wide variety of substrates including corrugated boxes, plastic pails, polyethylene bags, metals, stretch film, and wood. Our tape has been audited and approved by TSA for some of our clients.
